If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your jewellery, we welcome you to return your items to us for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please note that we have two rules for returns:
Item(s) needs to be returned within 100 days of purchase;
Item(s) must be unworn and unused and be in the original condition.

This guarantee does not cover the breakage, damage or gradual degradation of the jewellery due to normal wear.

Please note that there will be a R50 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.
