Caring for your purchases

 

We love our product and we want it to last and last. Please take a moment to read how to look after your amazing curAtiv purchases

• Avoid direct contact with products like - soap, perfume, oils and moisturizers.

• Do not wash your hands wearing your rings.

​

• Remove Jewellery before going to sleep and store Jewellery in a cool, dry place or in original box 

​

• Avoid direct contact with water.  

​

• Please know that chlorine, chemical products, abrasive products and detergents can all cause tarnishing and damage to your Jewellery

​

• Remove Jewellery when doing your household tasks. Avoid impact with hard surfaces as much as possible.  

​

• Make-up, perfume and hairspray all contain chemicals, which may dull the finish of your jewelry. So add your Jewellery as the final touch to your look. 

​

• To be thorough gently wipe your jewelry clean with a soft cloth after each wear to remove make up and oils.

​

• Coil chains gently to prevent damage in storage.    

​

• Don’t yank or pull chains.

​

• Be gentle with opening/closing your earrings, especially hoop earrings.

 

• Gold plating is unfortunately not ever lasting - and also very individual - so please take care of your pieces.
